# Make a visual reference brief your team can reuse

Turn examples into reusable visual constraints rather than a request to copy.

Use the supplied source as authority. Check the account supports the actual file or image operation before attempting it.

## Task instruction

Create a reusable visual brief from this permitted accepted direction.
Record purpose/audience, observable light/palette/material/composition
properties, source roles, exact editable brand requirements and avoid
rules. Separate stable method from fresh subject, facts and destination.
Keep accepted examples and their limitations linked. Do not include
their person-specific production description as a reusable recipe.
Make the next job ask for missing source or placement facts.

## Source boundaries

- Source facts
- Treatment cues
- Destination constraints

## Review and correction

A reference's job must be named. A broad visual preference is not permission to change evidence or flatten editable words.

The brief reused [old subject/prop] or failed to preserve [fresh source
fact]. Revise the stable rule that caused the problem. Keep person and
job-specific facts in fresh inputs. Preserve the useful treatment cue,
add the missing review boundary and mark the amended rule untested
until the new job is actually repeated and inspected.

Use references/practice-source.json for the labelled example. The practice HTML is a local teaching tool; it does not call an AI service. Apply this method to the user's supplied facts rather than copying fictional example values. Do not infer approval or permission to publish.
