## Starting request to adapt
Transcribe the attached note literally. Preserve its line order, visible wording and important correction marks. Mark unreadable text as [unreadable] and uncertain readings as [uncertain: possible reading]. Do not invent dates, names, quantities or missing words. If text is crossed out, record that rather than silently deleting it. Keep any interpretation separate from the transcription. Do not extract or assign actions yet.

- Do not invent an owner.
- Return to the original for unreadable passages.
