# Build a portrait approval sheet for a team

Separate a consistent visual treatment from individual likeness approval.

Use the supplied source as authority. Check the account supports the actual file or image operation before attempting it.

## Task instruction

Build an editable portrait review sheet from these supplied records.
For each ID include original and candidate links, requested changes,
visible review notes, intended use and three separate status fields:
appearance approval, treatment review and permission for this use.
Preserve the supplied wording of actual approvals. Where no evidence
is supplied, write Pending or Not supplied. Do not infer approval,
consent, identity, health, job suitability or readiness from an image.
List the specific next question or repair for each incomplete record.

## Source boundaries

- A: appearance pending
- B: neckline mismatch
- C: no candidate

## Review and correction

A treatment that fits the brand is not appearance approval or permission to publish. Missing files stay missing.

Record [ID] was summarised as [incorrect state]. The supplied evidence
actually says [exact state]. Correct that row and its overall readiness
summary. Keep appearance, treatment and usage permission separate.
Do not infer missing decisions. List what still needs an actual person
or record before the intended use can proceed.

Use references/practice-source.json for the labelled example. The practice HTML is a local teaching tool; it does not call an AI service. Apply this method to the user's supplied facts rather than copying fictional example values. Do not infer approval or permission to publish.
