# Build a searchable evidence register with AI

Require traceability and preserve exact excerpts rather than manufacturing support.

Use the supplied source as authority. Check the account supports the actual file or image operation before attempting it.

## Task instruction

Build a searchable evidence register from these supplied claims and
permitted sources. For each record retain claim ID/text, source ID,
location, exact excerpt and the qualification affecting support.
Separate exact excerpt matching from whether the passage supports the
claim. Keep unsupported or partial claims visible. Do not invent quotes,
URLs, page numbers, dates or verification. Provide actual editable/local
files with search/filter controls and a readable full-record view.

## Source boundaries

- Staging check passage
- 20-row sample passage
- Conditional date passage

## Review and correction

A search hit can mention the topic without supporting the claim. Compare the exact passage and qualification.

The register [changed excerpt / links wrong location / hides partial
support] for [ID]. Restore the supplied source wording and location.
Keep the support judgement separate and expose the qualification.
Repair the actual search/view behaviour without inventing a new source.
Return the corrected file and identify the case actually checked.

Use references/practice-source.json for the labelled example. The practice HTML is a local teaching tool; it does not call an AI service. Apply this method to the user's supplied facts rather than copying fictional example values. Do not infer approval or permission to publish.
