# Turn an approved procedure into a searchable mini-site

Request navigable output while preserving procedure wording and access boundaries.

Use the supplied source as authority. Check the account supports the actual file or image operation before attempting it.

## Task instruction

Build a small local searchable site from this supplied procedure.
Preserve authoritative wording, section IDs, exact thresholds and
exceptions. Add navigation and readable layout without changing policy.
If a summary is useful, label it as a companion and link its claims to
source sections. Keep source version/date visible. No accounts, tracking,
external calls or publication. Provide runnable files and search cases
that check ordinary words, exceptions and exact boundary terms.

## Source boundaries

- Required owner and needed-by date
- Missing detail returns
- Manager can reject

## Review and correction

Navigation can improve access while source wording remains authoritative. Eligibility is not approval.

The site changed source [ID] from [actual rule] to [incorrect wording]
and/or links the result to [wrong section]. Restore the source wording
and fix the affected navigation. Keep other confirmed sections intact.
Repeat the exception and boundary search cases. Do not claim the real
organisation's procedure was approved or published from this local repair.

Use references/practice-source.json for the labelled example. The practice HTML is a local teaching tool; it does not call an AI service. Apply this method to the user's supplied facts rather than copying fictional example values. Do not infer approval or permission to publish.
