## The task
A reviewed list of recurring meeting types and the capture settings or policy questions that need attention before the next meeting.

## Starting request to adapt
Review my proposed capture decisions using only the supplied policy
and sanitised meeting descriptions. For each row, identify missing
facts or an apparent mismatch with the policy. Cite the policy passage.

Do not decide legal compliance, infer permission from a meeting title,
or recommend recording or deletion without a supplied policy basis.
Distinguish recording, transcription and AI notes. Preserve any
mandatory recording or records-preservation requirement.

Return: meeting label, my proposed outcome, missing fact, relevant
policy wording, and the role that should decide. If the policy is
silent, say so. Do not contact anyone or change settings.
