# Brief a small icon set and check the family

Define common geometry, distinctive meanings and correct export expectations.

Use the supplied source as authority. Check the account supports the actual file or image operation before attempting it.

## Task instruction

Create a small icon-family brief for [named concepts] at [display size].
Use one canvas/grid, [stroke or filled] construction, consistent weight,
corner treatment and [palette]. State each icon's meaning and distinctive
shape. Avoid unreadable tiny detail, text inside icons and copied logos.
Specify the actual deliverable: [editable SVG paths / raster images].
Return a pilot set/source and explain any ambiguity before expanding it.

## Source boundaries

- Search: magnifier
- Compare: paired panels
- Export: outward arrow

## Review and correction

Define stroke, corner and detail rules. Similar colour alone does not make icons consistent or prove they are understood.

Icon [ID] differs from the agreed system in [specific construction]
and/or is ambiguous for [meaning]. Correct that issue using the shared
grid and weight. Keep the other accepted icons unchanged. Return the
actual revised file and preview at [size], with its meaning label.
Do not add unrelated detail to make it appear more sophisticated.

Use references/practice-source.json for the labelled example. The practice HTML is a local teaching tool; it does not call an AI service. Apply this method to the user's supplied facts rather than copying fictional example values. Do not infer approval or permission to publish.
