# Choose between an image edit, a design template and a coding tool

Match the required editability and source accuracy to the capability.

Use the supplied source as authority. Check the account supports the actual file or image operation before attempting it.

## Task instruction

Help choose a workflow for [specific deliverable] using my approved
tools and actual available controls: [list]. Source facts/pixels that
must stay are [requirements]; editable parts are [requirements];
interaction needed is [requirement or none]. Suggest a first route,
its output format and checks. Mark unavailable or unknown capabilities
as unknown. Do not invent integrations, subscriptions or completed files.

## Source boundaries

- Exact numbers → native chart
- Editable words → text layout
- Scene concept → image editor

## Review and correction

Choose the format from what must remain exact or editable, then use AI to brief or build that format.

The preview looks useful, but the actual output fails [editability /
source preservation / behaviour / format]. Keep [useful part] and
correct that deliverable requirement. Provide actual source/file and
list performed checks separately from proposed work. Do not rename or
wrap a raster image and claim it became editable native construction.

Use references/practice-source.json for the labelled example. The practice HTML is a local teaching tool; it does not call an AI service. Apply this method to the user's supplied facts rather than copying fictional example values. Do not infer approval or permission to publish.
