# Create a staff-availability view from a permitted anonymised sheet

Ask for a display of supplied availability without making staffing decisions or inventing capacity.

Use the supplied source as authority. Check the account supports the actual file or image operation before attempting it.

## Task instruction

Create a local availability view from this permitted interval file.
Preserve anonymous IDs, source dates, named zones and interval states.
Show unknown separately from available and unavailable.
Display overlaps for the same ID without double-counting them.
Use [start-inclusive, end-exclusive] boundaries as specified in the source.
Keep source intervals inspectable. Do not infer skills, productivity,
health, staffing recommendations or total capacity from this display.
Return the actual local files and an explained source-to-lane mapping.

## Source boundaries

- A: 09–11 and 10–12
- B: unknown 10–12
- C: available until 11

## Review and correction

Overlaps do not add people or duplicate capacity. Unknown is not available, and end-exclusive intervals stop at their end.

The source interval for [anonymous ID/time] is unknown, but the view
shows available. Restore the unknown state and its visible legend.
Keep neighbouring supplied intervals unchanged. Check the unknown case
and an overlapping available case, then return the revised files with
the affected source IDs listed. Do not assign a person to a task.

Use references/practice-source.json for the labelled example. The practice HTML is a local teaching tool; it does not call an AI service. Apply this method to the user's supplied facts rather than copying fictional example values. Do not infer approval or permission to publish.
