FICTIONAL APPROVED STANDARD v3, 1 October 2026
S1. Each paper sample pack contains one v3 booklet, two sample cards and one feedback slip.
S2. If a required item is missing, damaged or the wrong version, hold the pack and notify the shift lead. Do not substitute.
S3. Record pack ID, contents and checker initials on the pack log.
S4. A second person must check contents before the pack is sealed.
S5. After sealing, place the pack in the dispatch-review tray. Actual dispatch is covered by a different procedure.
